Vermont Repossession Recording: In the office of the town clerk of the town of residence of the purchasers; if non-resident, in county where property is located. Uniform Commercial Code adopted in January, 1967. 

Vermont Repossession Recovery: Peaceful repossession permitted. 

Vermont Repossession Redemption: Permitted before sale only by curing the breach of the mortgage. 

Vermont Repossession Deficiency: Judgment notes are invalid.
