Nevada Repossession Recording: With County Recorder off Mortgagor’s residence and county where property is situated and with the Secretary of State’s Office. Uniform Commercial Code adopted July, 1966.
Nevada Repossession Recovery: Peaceful repossession permitted.
Nevada Repossession Redemption: Prior to repo foreclosure.
Nevada Repossession Deficiency: Allowed if contract so provides. Status of judgment note is undecided.
Nevada Repossession Special Motor Vehicle Provisions: Liens to be noted on title.
Nevada Repossession Documents Required to Transfer Ownership of Motor Vehicle: Title certificate in lien holder’s name; certified copy of contract; notarized Power of Attorney; Nevada Repossession notarized Bill of Sale; and notarized repossession affidavit.
