North Carolina Repossession Recording: Filed with the clerk of the Superior Court in the county where mortgagor or buyer resides; if a non-resident, recorded where the repo property is located. Liens on North Carolina Repossession motor vehicles must be recorded on certificate of title. Uniform Commercial Code adopted June, 1967.
North Carolina Repossession Recovery: Peaceful repossession permitted.
North Carolina Repossession Redemption: No right of redemption after foreclosure and repo sale.
